Gate Assembly – 1st Shift  

📍 Shawano, WI  

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturday OT as needed) 

💲 Pay: $15.00/hour 

Job Summary  

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Gate Assembly Worker to join our production team. This role involves assembling wooden baby and pet gates using various machines and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities  

• Operate machines and assemble household gates using metal, rubber, and plastic components 
• Use riveting, stapling, pressing, and screwing machines 
• Rotate between different assembly operations to maintain consistent production flow 
• Perform quality checks and report inventory as needed 
• Package finished goods for shipment 
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and maintain production efficiency 
• Work closely with team members in a production mill environment 

Qualifications  

• Previous assembly experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs safely
