DAY-TO-DAY
This entry-level caregiving position with our senior care company has the option to work a full-time or part-time schedule . Available shifts include:
Part-time employees work 2 to 3 shifts per week . Flexible schedules are available!
As an entry-level Assisted Living Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are responsible for helping our residents with activities of daily living (ADL) while maintaining their dignity and privacy. You assist residents with any daily needs as requested, including dressing, bathing, grooming, or taking medications. Your responsibilities also involve helping them get to activities and meals as well as performing light housekeeping. While delivering services, you document everything you do and report any significant changes in a resident's condition.
If you're concerned about a resident, you promptly report to the assisted living administrator or resident care coordinator to ensure residents receive the proper help they need. You work hard to protect the confidentiality of residents at all times while ensuring they maintain their independence and well-being as best as possible. When completing tasks, you closely follow sanitation, hygiene, and health standards to stay compliant with regulations. You enjoy interacting with our residents, and it brings you great satisfaction to know that your job in senior care contributes to their well-being in such an important way!
