Branch Operations Specialist (Contractor) Location: West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741 Contract Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $17-19 per hour Work Arrangement: On-site during branch operations What You'll Do: + Provide top-notch customer service to members in person. + Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, and credit cards. + Detect and respond to potential fraud or account irregularities. + Navigate multiple systems with ease while maintaining accuracy. + Recommend additional products and services to meet member needs. + Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. What We're looking for: + GED or High School required + Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. + Proficient in computers and banking software. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and active listening skills. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Required: Cash-handling experience in a high-volume setting. + Preferred: Customer service experience in banking or financial services. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kissimmee, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
