RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a growing infrastructure and traffic management company based in Hialeah, FL is seeking a full-time Accountant to oversee all in-house accounting functions.

This is a permanent position offering long-term stability, direct involvement in day-to-day operations, and the opportunity to shape financial processes as the company continues to expand. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing the full accounting cycle—from payables and receivables to reconciliations, reporting, and compliance—within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Title and seniority level (e.g., Accountant, Senior Accountant, Controller or Accounting Manager) will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with management on job cost allocations.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, vendor payments, and company assets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with ownership and external partners (CPA, banks, vendors) on financial reviews and audits.
