Description A respected government entity is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers the opportunity to support public-sector projects, ensure compliance, and contribute to high-impact community initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments, purchase orders, and agreements + Ensure compliance with government policies, regulations, and procurement guidelines + Maintain accurate contract files, records, and tracking systems + Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management + Assist with bid documentation, RFPs, and contract negotiations as needed + Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and contract performance Requirements + 2+ years as a contracts administrator + Knowledge of procurement regulations, government contracting, or public-sector processes great to have! + Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills + Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment + Comfortable working hybrid in Oakland If you're a detail-driven contracts professional looking to support meaningful public-sector work in a flexible hybrid role, we'd love to connect with you!
