Job Description Insight Global is searching seeking a hands-on financial professional to join our client's team as a Controller (3+ years experience) or Senior Staff Accountant (5+ years experience). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, independent environment and prefers consulting or direct contribution over people management. You will work closely with a junior staff accountant and operational staff, focusing on financial operations, reporting, and process improvement. This person will on a 3 to 6 month contract that has potential to hire or convert. This role would start fully onsite with opportunity to move to a hybrid work environment. There are about 20 people in the office and this individual will be working alongside a junior staff accountant. This individual will spend 70% of the day working independently and about 30% interacting with the junior staff accountant or other accounting staff.
