Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical, technical, and visualization skills. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize business processes, and deliver clear, actionable reports through modern BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources using SQL , Python , and/or R .
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau , Power BI , or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
• Perform statistical analysis , hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Translate analytical findings into business insights and recommendations.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL, Python, R.
• Experience with one or more BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehousing or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL tools or data pipelines.
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics.
