QualDerm Partners is excited to announce an opening for a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Medical Assistant at QualDerm Partners, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a positive patient experience. Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
  • Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are available.
  • Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage communication within the office.
  • Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines.
  • Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; CMA or RMA certification is preferred.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role is required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures relevant to dermatology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer software applications.

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
