Compensation & Earnings

  • Guaranteed Base Salary

  • Commission paid per completed, qualified in-home demonstration (Commission is earned when the homeowner completes the scheduled demo with our Sales Consultant — not when it’s merely scheduled)

  • Monthly Sales Bonus: Tiered revenue share on demos that convert into sales

  • First-Year On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $90,000

  • Top Performers Earn: $100,000+

This structure rewards representatives who focus on quality, homeowner commitment, and follow-through , not just surface-level activity.

About the Role

This is a door-to-door field marketing and demo-generation role . You will canvass residential neighborhoods, introduce Future Remodeling, qualify homeowner interest, and schedule in-home demonstrations that hold .

You are not responsible for closing sales and do not negotiate pricing. Your job is to execute a proven process , generate real opportunities for our Sales team, and take ownership of the quality of the demos you set.

Those who succeed here do so through consistency, repetition, and coachability, not charisma alone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Canvassing assigned neighborhoods door-to-door

  • Engaging homeowners using a structured script

  • Qualifying interest, project fit, and availability

  • Scheduling in-home demonstrations with real homeowner commitment

  • Confirming expectations to improve demo hold rates

  • Tracking activity and demo outcomes accurately

  • Attending weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

  • Participating in community events or home shows as needed

  • Representing Future Remodeling with professionalism and integrity

Performance Expectations

  • High daily field activity and consistent presence

  • Ability to set demos that hold , not just schedule

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Openness to direct coaching and feedback

  • Clear improvement over 30 / 60 / 90 days
