Job Description

Are you ready to take your career in the insurance industry to the next level? Do you have a passion for helping clients protect what matters most to them? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer.

Responsibilities:

* Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate markets
* Generate leads and pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting via cold calling, drop-ins, email, LinkedIn, and networking
* Responds to referrals quickly and effectively
* Prequalifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk
* Creates and maintains client or prospect list
* Designs benefits programs and recommends benefits strategies to clients
* Creates benefits proposals and makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business
* Develops, follows, and completes sales objectives
* Maintains key relationships with existing Employee Benefits clients
* Stay on top of trends, strategies and initiatives in the industry

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits in insurance experience.
State insurance license (Property & Casualty).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).
