Job Description
We are looking for an End User Computing Engineer (Level 3) to join a team of four supporting enterprise platforms. This senior-level role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, escalations, and project-based work such as migrations and technology transformations. The ideal candidate will have solid Windows experience, be an Office 365 expert, and possess strong PowerShell scripting skills. Proficiency in endpoint management using Intune and Autopilot, familiarity with MS Autopilot, and experience with Dell hardware and software are essential. Daily responsibilities include handling Level 3 escalations, imaging laptops, managing Office 365 administration, and supporting endpoint management initiatives.
