Job Purpose 

The Event & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing consumer-facing events, community engagement activities, and outreach initiatives that expand Keystone Advisors' presence in the market. This role will build awareness of our services, generate leads, and foster strong relationships with individuals, families, and community partners. The coordinator will also support agent recruiting through outreach efforts and ensure seamless execution of marketing and enrollment events that align with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage community events, health fairs, seminars, and workshops to engage directly with consumers.

  • Oversee event logistics including scheduling, venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site support.

  • Promote events through community outreach, social media, flyers, and partnerships with local organizations.

  • Track and report on event success, including attendance, lead generation, and participant feedback.

Community Outreach & Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and healthcare providers.

  • Conduct outreach calls, community visits, and networking to increase awareness of Keystone Advisors' services.

  • Serve as a company representative at events, ensuring a professional and welcoming presence.

  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships that increase visibility and community trust.

Support for Agent Recruiting & Marketing

  • Assist in recruiting independent agents by promoting opportunities at events and through outreach activities.

  • Help create and distribute marketing materials tailored for community engagement.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to align outreach activities with organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Retention, HR, and Call Center teams to ensure smooth event execution and follow-up.

  • Provide event and outreach data to support decision-making and track return on investment.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number and quality of events coordinated.
Event attendance and lead generation results.
Growth of community partnerships.
Support for agent recruiting efforts.
Contribution to consumer awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Familiarity with multiple phone devices and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent grammar and spelling.
• Some domestic travel may be required for industry events.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
