Job Description

Small Personal Injury Firm Seeking an Experienced Pre-litigation Case Manager. Must have at least two years of experience as a personal injury case manager. I am a very easy attorney to work for, but I have high expectations. I need an experienced case manager who is comfortable managing approximately 200 cases independently. Applicant must be comfortable with handling a case from A to Z (sign-up to closing). Experience with treatment coordination and negotiating client distributions is a must. A Spanish-speaking legal assistant will be assisting you. Option to work remotely. Spanish-speaking preferred. The position will pay $30/hour, depending on experience, full-time. Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Setting up insurance claims
• Review client intake and data entry
• Order medical records and billing
• Order health insurance liens
• Negotiate liens
• Talk to insurance adjusters
• Talk to opposing counsel
• Speak to clients
• Draft correspondence and other tasks
• Mail out correspondence

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years experience in personal injury
• Must have experience as a case manager
• Must have experience speaking to clients
• Must have experience setting up files
• Spanish speaking preferred
