THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

In this role, you’ll assist in driving technical aspects of sales and customer deals, represent Gravitee at industry conferences, contribute to thought leadership through articles, and provide valuable field insights to our product teams. You’ll help shape the technical narrative around our products, ensuring Gravitee’s position as a leader in the API, AI and event stream space.

What You Will Be Doing

• Thought Leadership: Contribute to Gravitee’s presence in the market by writing articles, blogs, and white papers, sharing insights on APIs, event streams, and the latest industry trends.
• Represent Gravitee at Conferences & Events: Act as the face of Gravitee at industry conferences, meetups, and technical events, showcasing Gravitee’s thought leadership and technical expertise.
• Customer & Market Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges, provide guidance on how Gravitee can address their needs, and bring insights back to the product team to inform future development.
• Partnering with Solutions Engineers: Coach and work alongside the Solutions Engineering team to improve the technical evaluation experience and ensure alignment with customer needs during the sales process.
• Field Insights for Product Development: Provide valuable feedback to the product team based on customer and market interactions, helping shape the product roadmap and ensuring the solutions address customer pain points.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, particularly in customer-facing technical advisory and pre-sales environments.
• Strong expertise either API technologies, API management, integration ecosystems, or event-driven architecture or AI systems
• Experience in contributing to thought leadership, including writing articles, blogs, or delivering presentations at industry events.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from customers to internal teams.
