Job Description

We are seeking a Global Itinerary Designer to join our remote team. In this role, youll work with clients to plan customized itineraries, blending destinations, activities, and accommodations into experiences that feel effortless and inspiring.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, cultural experiences, accommodations, and tours.
• Design personalized itineraries for both domestic and international travel.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Provide client support before, during, and after their trips.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, seasonal highlights, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and creating tailored experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or client services is helpful but not required.
