Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to hold EPIC Bridges certifications, with a preference for those who are also certified in Prelude. You should have over 6 years of experience in IT systems administration, coupled with a background in designing, constructing, and managing interfaces using the InterSystems integration engine. Experience in the Healthcare Industry is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field is preferable, or you can substitute this with equivalent experience. You must be comfortable with remote work and ready to travel an average of 10%, depending on your projects and the clients you serve. Additionally, providing on-call support on a rotating basis is expected. Familiarity with TCL and Xlate is also required.

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Delivery Specialist (PDS) at Deloitte, you will be expected to contribute individually to your tasks and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with onsite and offshore teams to comprehend the Bridges functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include working with EPIC bridges (Certified) and InterSystem, focusing on HL7 integrations, both inbound and outbound, between all applications and third parties. You will manage data mapping for new clinics and hospitals, participate in daily scrum meetings regarding deliverables, and create weekly status reports for review with leadership. Additionally, you will address and resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks to team leads, scrum masters, or project leaders. This position encompasses all phases of patient access application support and optimization, including design, build, testing, and maintenance. You'll also provide exceptional client service, contributing to our mission of utilizing information technology to enhance patient care. On-call support and troubleshooting user inquiries are part of your duties, along with reviewing and testing any changes, enhancements, and new releases assigned to you.
