  • Assist in preparing design presentations, renderings, and documentation that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Support the production of drawings and specifications for interior architecture, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Participate in programming, schematic design, and design development phases, incorporating feedback from team members and clients.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integration and consistency across project disciplines.

  • Participate in site visits and construction administration activities to observe progress and verify design implementation.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of FF&E packages, cost estimates, and project documentation.
  • Support marketing and proposal efforts by assisting with graphics, presentations, and visual materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong design sensibility, technical ability, and attention to detail across all project phases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow through mentorship and hands-on project experience.

Benefits

  • Profit sharing bonuses
  • 401(k) plan with an employer match
  • Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life and AD&D insurance
  • Other voluntary benefits including vision, dental, accident insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental life insurance are available
  • Paid Time Off
  • Holidays

Why Join Us?
