Inventory Control Specialist

Temp to Hire

M-F Day shift

$17-$20 per hour DOE

Local FAA supply shop is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory counts
• Manage inventory levels
• Perform physical counts
• Utilize their ERP system to assist team members with inventory issues
• Investigate root causes for inventory overages or shortages
• Issue parts/kits for customer work orders
• Identify roots causes of inventory cost variances
• Maintain logs and sheets

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret reports and correspondence
• Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with an ERP system preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Requires an FAA DOT drug test and background check
