**Job Title: City Desk Associate** **Job Description** This position offers a dynamic and hybrid role where you will engage with various aspects of our operations. As a City Desk Associate, you will work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse, moving between the warehouse, truck bays, inventory station, and customer service areas. Your duties will include answering phones, handling printed order tickets, and managing inventory using RF scanners. **Responsibilities** + Engage with walk-in customers in a polite and helpful manner. + Answer phones and manage orders received via phone and email. + Build and process customer orders efficiently. + Scan inventory in and out using RF scanners. + Work collaboratively with team members across different areas of the warehouse. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and control. + Experience with RF scanners. + Strong data entry skills. + Excellent customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Higher starting wage if you have an HVAC background. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you have the opportunity to grow into an inside sales role with increased base pay and commission on growing quarterly sales.
