As a School Nurse (LPN), you will:

Provide 1:1 care
Assist with hoyer lift transfers.
Encourage peer interaction and assist with inclusion during school day.
Attending to medical needs
Encourage communication via communication device.

A few must-haves for School Nurses:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN license in New Hampshire
Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric, school health, or community health nursing
Current CPR certification
Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently
Compassionate communicator who values collaboration with students, staff, and families
