Job Description

At JE VS Human Services, we believe in giving people possibilities—opportunities to be self-sufficient and satisfied. We have an exciting new opening within our Work Ready program! Our licensed Social Worker will be responsible for providing introductory sessions, individual and group therapy; conducting assessments and evaluation of participants; and monitoring treatment-planning efforts.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Daily Introductory Sessions. Introductory sessions must be completed within 14 days of enrollment.
  • Provides Individual and group counseling and coaching sessions.
  • Conducts testing and evaluations.
  • Documents all introductory sessions and individual and group sessions in case notes
  • Participates, facilitates, and documents the treatment-review in concert with the Clinical Services Supervisor/Compliance Officer.
  • Works closely with Counseling Scheduler and Counseling Network

Qualifications :

  • Must be a Licensed Social Worker or in the process of obtaining license.
  • Experience in the human services field preferred
  • Experience with TANF system
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule

The base pay for this position ranges from $57,000 to $66,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
