About Rich MultiMedia Design

Rich MultiMedia Design (RMMD) is a full-service digital marketing agency helping U.S. businesses grow through high-performing online advertising, content creation, social media management, email automation, website optimization, and branding. We specialize in results-driven campaigns — designed to increase ROI, scale audiences, and build predictable sales systems for our clients.

At RMMD, creativity meets accountability. We combine innovative storytelling with data-backed strategy and automation to deliver measurable outcomes.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This role bridges creative execution, strategy implementation, and client communication. You’ll manage campaigns across multiple channels, track performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.

You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director , collaborate with our fulfillment partners, designers, writers, and ad managers, and support client onboarding, campaign launches, and monthly reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day client marketing activities across all channels:
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Online Advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display)
  • Email Marketing (automation, deliverability, segmentation)
  • Website & Landing Pages (conversion tracking, A/B testing)
  • Content Creation & Video (reels, shorts, ad creatives)
  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and meet performance targets.
  • Coordinate with creative and ad fulfillment teams to ensure all assets are on-brand and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain and optimize client dashboards, ads, and analytics reporting.
  • Implement recommendations from audits and strategy sessions.

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all assets, logins, and creative materials are gathered and organized.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication — updating them on deliverables, timelines, and performance insights.
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on monthly marketing plans, creative direction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines, trackers, and reports for each client.

Content & Creative Oversight

  • Plan and schedule monthly content calendars across social platforms.
  • Work with design, video, and copy teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Review and approve creative assets before publishing or ad deployment.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain RMMD’s brand standards and high-quality presentation.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Collect campaign performance data and prepare monthly summary reports.
  • Identify optimization opportunities in ad performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with analytics and ad specialists to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Present results and next-step recommendations during monthly check-ins.

Internal Collaboration & Process Management

  • Work with sales to transition new clients smoothly from contract to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the automation and CRM teams to integrate client systems (HubSpot, n8n, etc.).
  • Manage content approvals, ad reviews, and deadline tracking using project management software.
  • Support the Marketing Director with SOP creation and marketing playbook updates.
  • Help identify internal process improvements for better client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, automation, and social media strategy.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns and managing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
  • Google Workspace, Asana or Trello, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys managing details while seeing the big picture.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing freelancers or white-label fulfillment teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, funnel strategy, or conversion optimization.

Familiarity with content planning, scheduling tools, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
Comfortable presenting ideas and campaign updates to clients.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay structure
  • Remote, flexible schedule
