Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and customization of business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating scalable, user-friendly applications and automating business processes using tools like SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You’ll work on delivering modern, integrated solutions that enhance productivity and streamline operations across diverse business needs.

Locations: Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building modern business applications using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio .

• Designing and customizing SharePoint solutions and components using SPFx , ReactJS , and TypeScript to meet business requirements.

• Developing scalable backend services and automations using Azure Functions and integrating with external systems via REST APIs .

• Creating custom connectors and seamless integrations across Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms.

• Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to translate business needs into secure, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions.

• Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team enablement.

• Staying current with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously expanding technical skill sets.

Requirements

Must have

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing business applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficient with Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , Power Pages and Dataverse .
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building intelligent, AI-assisted workflows or chatbots.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as .NET (C#) or JavaScript , and relevant libraries/frameworks.
• Good fundamental knowledge, solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including data modeling, queries, and optimization.
• Understanding of application security principles , including authentication/authorization (OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID), data access control, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Teams integration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 applications.

• Understanding of cloud services (e.g, Azure) and CI/CD pipeline management .

• Experienced in sharing knowledge and training team members
