Opportunity awaits if you're interested in working for yourself as an independent contractor. Mobile Wellness Solutions is looking for a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist.
Job Details: - The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG's and medical history
- The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary-paid position.
- Bi-Weekly Pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
Responsibilities :
- Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples above as required.
- Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
- Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
- Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, medical history
- Accurately labeling all samples
- Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law
- Detail-oriented/sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access and a printer/scanner: to print, scan and upload completed documents.
