The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers and CNAs. * Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding scheduling needs or changes. * Handle schedule adjustments, cancellations, and emergency coverage as needed. * Assist with onboarding coordination and general administrative support. Qualifications: * Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in home care, healthcare, or staffing. * WellSky experience is a plus. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Must be available Friday through Monday.
