Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Oracle EBS HCM functional for one of its clients in Boston MA / Remote

Job Title: Oracle EBS HCM functional

Required Skills:

Strong functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM / HRMS.
Hands-on expertise with HR data management, employee updates, and hierarchy/manager changes.
Experience with Oracle workflows, including notifications and related data updates (e.g., email addresses).
Ability to identify and validate data requirements for Projects, Time Tracking, and Workflow processes.
Knowledge of job assignments, approval hierarchies, and alignment between Oracle and Workday.
Experience documenting requirements for template changes in externally facing HR or business documents.
Familiarity with module setups and updates related to organizational ownership or rebranding changes.
Understanding of business continuity tasks in a lift-and-shift environment with manual data support.
Exposure to SCM modules is an added advantage.

Work Site: Boston MA / Remote

Duration: 3 + months
