Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA)

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Productivity bonuses paid quarterly – up to $3,600 annually
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through adolescence
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) and Friday: half day
  • Average of 18–20 patients per day
  • Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, and support staff
  • Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
  • Board Certified as a PA-C with pediatric experience
  • New graduates considered with strong pediatric rotations
  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
