**Job Description:**
We are looking for doctors who specialize in caring for newborn babies. These doctors will work together in a team that includes pediatric hospitalists (doctors who care for children) and neonatologists (doctors who care for newborns). They will cover the newborn nursery and focus on providing quality healthcare for families.
- **Team:** There will be 4 neonatologists who take care of the Level 3 NICU (Intensive Care Unit for newborns)
- **Schedule:** Doctors will work in the hospital all day and night, with regular day shifts for check-ups.
- **Opportunities:** Doctors can take part in quality improvement activities and clinical research projects. They will also have a chance to share ideas and best practices with many other pediatric providers across more than 400 NICUs.
- We welcome applications from all board-certified or board-eligible neonatologists, including those with experience and new graduates.
**Qualifications:**
- You must be Board Eligible (within 5 years after finishing your residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - THIS IS REQUIRED
- You need a Wisconsin medical license (or be willing to get one) - THIS IS REQUIRED
- You must complete a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine before starting - THIS IS REQUIRED

- Must have a license to practice in Wisconsin
