Job Description

Position Title: Product Operations Lead (Integrations)
Location: San Francisco (Hybrid Tue/Thu) or Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Head of Product (Co-founder)

Who Are We?

We're a developer-first integration platform with ~3,000 apps already on the marketplace and a small, senior team (~20 people). Our products power both an AI agent builder and an integrations offering used by engineering and go-to-market teams. We move quickly, ship continuously, and obsess over build quality for third-party connectors.

What's In It for You?

  • High ownership, visible scope: You'll own the integrations surface that customers touch every day and partner with leadership across product, engineering, sales, and partnerships.
  • Rapid growth path to PM: This is designed as a growth role for someone with 3 7 years in Product Ops/TPM who wants to step into broader product ownership.
  • Leverage with partners: Work directly with major vendors (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Workday) on certifications, approvals, and integration health.
  • Real-world impact: Your prioritization and execution will directly drive acquisition, activation, and conversion outcomes.
  • AI + automation exposure: Explore how data and AI can increase connector velocity, quality, and reliability.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the integrations backlog: Prioritize what gets built based on customer demand, partner input, and business value.
  • Own partner approvals: Coordinate with external vendors to navigate certification and verification for new and updated connectors.
  • Drive execution with contractors: Orchestrate external builder teams; ensure specs are clear, reviews are tight, and work gets over the finish line.
  • Maintain integration health: Monitor/triage high-value apps; partner with engineering and sales to resolve issues quickly.
  • Plan migrations: When APIs introduce breaking changes, define the plan, timelines, and comms, and lead the rollout.
  • Explore AI acceleration: Pilot data/AI approaches that improve coverage, quality, and time-to-ship for connectors.

What Will You Need?

  • Experience: 3 7 years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or early Product Management within SaaS/API environments.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable reading API docs, OAuth flows, event/webhook models; can reason through debugging steps (no coding test required).
  • Partner-facing communication: Clear, credible with enterprise stakeholders; able to build trust quickly.
  • Execution mindset: Organized, GSD energy, bias to clarity and momentum.
  • Acceleration curiosity: You try new AI/automation tools and think about practical application to integration pipelines.

What Success Looks Like

  • Throughput & quality: A measurable increase in integrations shipped, certified, and actively maintained.
  • Trusted relationships: Strong, reliable rhythm with key app vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Business impact: Clear contributions to acquisition, activation, and conversion from integration availability and reliability.
  • Growth: A personal trajectory toward increased product ownership and roadmap leadership.
