**Description:** **WHAT WE'RE DOING** Subcontract Program Manager responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical performance aspects of a complex Cost\-Type development subcontract for a classified program\. Position is primarily on\-site at the LM location, but some telework is possible\. Candidate must also be willing to travel\. **THE WORK** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading programmatic and technical meetings with the subcontractor, management of the subcontractor's Earned Value baseline \(cost and schedule\), management of all subcontractor budget and funding allocations/limitations, resolving any issues creating risk to subcontractor performance, management of any Customer driven changes and their impact to the subcontractor, managing subcontractor proposals, communication with leadership, and participation in Customer meetings\. **WHO WE ARE** Our customers are world\-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
