Job Title: Prompt Engineer
Location: Remote/Hybrid/On-Site

Rate: $85–100 Per Hour W2

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

• Optimize prompt performance for specific use cases

• Maintain prompt libraries and documentation

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of NLP/LLM behavior

• 2 years in applied GenAI or NLP

• Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks (e.g., LangChain)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with A/B testing or human-in-the-loop feedback
• Background in UX writing or content strategy
