As a QA Analyst at Keycentrix, you will play a key role in ensuring our full range of software products are stable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations. Your dedication to quality will help deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions that our customers trust and enjoy. You’ll take pride in upholding the highest quality standards, ensuring every product release meets our commitment to excellence before reaching our users. The QA Analyst will become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all Keycentrix software products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in engineering team meetings to shape requirements and functional design
  • Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test cases for new features and defect fixes
  • Plan and perform regression testing to ensure product stability
  • Analyze risk areas and proactively identify potential issues or oversights with functional or technical behavior
  • Troubleshoot escalated production issues ensuring minimal disruption for users
  • Record test case executions including recordings for automation purposes
  • Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test case performance, both as a reviewer and a reviewee
  • Contribute to team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and ongoing process improvements
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and thorough documentation of testing outcomes and decisions
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and demonstrate ethical behavior, be respectful, prompt to work and meetings, and deliver tasks in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL server
  • Experience with software testing, including both UI and database testing
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative based on standard procedures
  • Handles and independently solves broad and sometimes complex issues
  • Capable of reviewing requirements and translating them into actionable test cases
  • Pharmacy experience desireable
  • IT or networking skills desireable

Education or Certifications: (Specify education or cert required or preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management
  • Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods
