Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State: Middletown, Pennsylvania (Dauphin County)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mostly remote, but requires up to 1 week per month onsite for key project phases like SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and must reside within 1.5 hours or less of Middletown, PA).
• Contract: This is a Contract position.
• Mode of Interview: Either Virtual Interview or In person .

Key Duties and Technical Environment

The QC Analyst will manage the full quality governance lifecycle, specializing in testing financial and high-volume billing systems.

1. SAP BRIM & Financial Testing (2+ Years Required)

• Core Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM , specifically testing across the core components: Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting), and Subscription Billing .
• Financial Validation: Validate BRIM billing processes, charges, pricing configurations, payment flows, and revenue accounting/financial reconciliation .
• Specialized Domain: Required experience testing ERP systems, banking/financial systems, and tolling domain applications (e.g., field devices like card readers, tag scanners).

2. Quality Governance & Execution (8+ Years Required)

• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts following the SDLC processes.
• Mapping/Tracking: Map test cases to requirements and manage QA execution and defect tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO) .
• Testing Types: Lead and execute a variety of testing cycles: End-to-End Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Data Migration , API/Interface testing (including SAP PO/CPI), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Defect Management: Assess and document risk factors for defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and prepare quality reports/dashboards in ADO.

3. Integration and Process Skills

• Integration: Experience with API testing, backend validation, SQL queries, and ETL/Interface testing .
• CRM Focus: 2+ years of Dynamics CE application testing (Customer Engagement) is a required skill.
• Collaboration: Collaborate across technical teams, business owners, and vendors. Support all major project phases: SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Documentation: Fully document all created work, including functional designs, test plans, test scripts, and lessons learned.
