Job Description
The Advisory Realty Group is a fast-growing, relationship-driven real estate team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the home-selling process. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to manage the preparation, launch, and ongoing support for our team’s listings. This role ensures every seller, agent, and vendor has what they need for a smooth, professional, and predictable listing experience.
This role is in office.
Responsibilities:
Listing Preparation & Coordination
• Coordinate the full listing process from pre-listing through go-live
• Measure the home and collect accurate property details as needed
• Schedule photography, videography, floor plans, and sign installers
• Build accurate listing timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with sellers to gather property information, confirm details, and set expectations
• Prepare listings for MLS entry and ensure required items are completed prior to launch
• Assist agents with pre-listing needs, appointments, and deliverables
MLS & Listing Management • Enter and update listing data in MLS with accuracy and attention to detail
• Create property descriptions, confirm property details, and ensure all fields are correctly completed
• Ensure photo order, accuracy, and compliance with brokerage and MLS rules
• Monitor active listings for needed updates such as remark changes, price adjustments, or status changes
Communication & Client Experience • Serve as a primary point of contact for sellers and agents throughout the listing process
• Provide timely, clear, and friendly updates as milestones are completed
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate schedules effectively
• Support agents by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly
Administrative Support • Maintain organized listing files in accordance with brokerage standards
• Assist with marketing tasks related to listings (sign coordination, flyers, online updates, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing coordinator and agent support team as listings move through each stage

• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools (MLS, CRM, Google Drive, Canva, etc.)
• Calm under pressure and able to bring clarity to fast-moving situations
Requirements • In-office presence at our Hopkins location (9 9th Ave N)
• Previous real estate, administrative, listing coordination, or project coordination experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for occasional errands or vendor coordination
