Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy to patients throughout the Seattle area. This per diem position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by delivering high-quality care in the home setting. Responsibilities: * Administer IV therapies including antibiotics, hydration, and specialty infusions * Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond accordingly * Provide patient and caregiver education on infusion procedures and device care * Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and internal care teams * Accurately document all care and observations in accordance with agency policies and state/federal regulations * Maintain professional standards of practice and compliance with all applicable guidelines Qualifications: * Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington * Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in home health or infusion nursing * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Demonstrated proficiency in: * Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance * Central line care (PICC, Port-a-Cath, Midline) * Pump and gravity infusion systems * Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance * Ability to work independently in varied home environments Working Conditions: * Home-based care; travel within service areas required * Regular lifting/pushing/pulling of up to 50 lbs * Compliance with infection control and PPE protocols * Potential exposure to communicable diseases and bloodborne pathogens What We Offer: * Competitive pay: $49–$53/hour * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Flexible scheduling * Paid orientation and ongoing training opportunities * Fitness reimbursement program * Supportive and responsive clinical leadership
