  • Work closely with researchers and analysts across CBS, to help integrate insights from various data sources and methodologies
  • Support in reviewing data for accuracy and flag potential data quality issues as they arise
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating reporting tools and dashboards, supporting efforts to streamline workflows and increase reporting efficiency
  • Provide support on ad-hoc research requests and projects for teams including marketing, sales, programming, and scheduling
  • Assist in delivering multiplatform performance insights that support CBS and Paramount Global’s understanding of content performance, audience behavior, and competitive trends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Internships or 2+ years of professional experience in analytics within TV or digital mediums preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, five days per week

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with audience and content measurement tools, such as Nielsen, VideoAmp, iSpot, and comScore TV data is a plus
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (such as Tableau) is a plus; interest in learning big-data environments such as Snowflake is encouraged
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data findings clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrates solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Displays a genuine interest in the media landscape; is a consumer of shows across at least one platform (linear, streaming, or social)
