NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Salesforce Tech Lead Experience Cloud with 8+ years of experience.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community) solutions.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust Salesforce features.
• Building and customizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, flows, and custom integrations.
• Ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security compliance.
• Managing end-to-end delivery, including technical design documentation, sprint planning, and deployment activities.
• Overseeing and mentoring the development team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Supporting continuous improvement by staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new Experience Cloud capabilities.

Requirements for this Role Include:

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flow, and Platform Events.
• Hands-on experience configuring Experience Cloud, including RBAC for portal users and managing privacy rules.
• Strong experience with Git-based workflows and code review tools to ensure high code quality.
• Experience implementing security on Experience Cloud, including managing privacy rules and securing portals for supporting different partner roles.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, integration teams, and release engineers.

Nice-to-Haves – (Optional)

• Exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of OAuth/SAML for authentication and SSO.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
