Job Description
PAY RATE RANGE 25-30/hr.
Job Description:
o Participate in the documentation of Policy Controls and Process
o Participate in the identification and analysis of risks
o Participate in the proposal and testing of controls introduced to mitigate risk
o Aids in the performance of risk and control self-assessments
o Able to articulate both inherent and residual risk and communicate control requirements
o May provide counsel on common methods to address gaps and execute controls
o May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs
o Develop business and technology team knowledge to better understand processes, metrics, and required controls
o Participates in the documentation and maintenance of risk program and initiatives
o Ensures timely completion of controls testing in accordance with guidelines
o May assist in the remediation of issues found during controls testing
o Documents and maintains processes as needed
o Gathers data and provides reports and metrics in accordance with guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
o Able to effectively communicate control requirements
o Aids in fostering a culture of risk awareness
o Partners with Technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with business partners and IT technology teams
o Contributes to teams continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions
o Works under significant supervision of a Segment Risk Manager or Segment Risk Specialist Sr
