Job Description
- Lead the migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow, including integration and data cutover
- Review and align policy and procedure documentation with Alaska's operational standards
- Manage and enhance ServiceNow modules including CMDB (via Discovery), ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, and ITAM
- Oversee hardware and software asset management within ServiceNow
- Support future integrations and new product rollouts
- Maintain platform health, performance, and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and compliance

Skills and Requirements
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow development with minimal ramp-up time
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and system administration
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CMDB, ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, ITAM
- Strong background in hardware and software asset management
- Familiarity with CMDB population via Discovery
- Ability to interpret and align policy/procedure documentation with enterprise standards
