Looking for Fun Energetic Shift Leads who enjoy coming to work every day. Work late nights, early mornings, and weekends. Bring a smile to any customers' face with beautifully dressed gourmet cookies ready to be posted to their social media accounts and then shared with family and friends. 

YOU MUST HAVE QSR Leadership experience, follow direction, and able to think quick on their feet to solve problem. 

Will be required to do some managerial work and report back to Managers . 

Minimum 18-30 hrs a week. Must be 18 for this position . 

Pay Rate Information:

Starting rate is $12/hour with a historic average of an additional $3-$4/hour from tips.

At 3 months and 12 months you will have a performance review with the possibility to earn additional $1.50-2.00/hour total between the two reviews.

When the leadership team feels you are ready, you may participate in our Station Masteries Program. For each of the six stations you master you will receive a .15/hour raise, which can be a total of $0.90 total per hour. And if you pass all 6 you will earn an additional $0.25.

Shift Lead Job Description:

A Shift Lead is someone who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to review team performance. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed. 

Shift Lead Responsibilities: 

• Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations. • Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees. 
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy. 
• Meeting deadlines. 
• Approving work hours. 
• Ensuring great customer service at all levels.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
