Shift Lead – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Onsite - Torrance, CA | Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift, multiple positions.

Join our team as a Shift Lead and take charge of day-to-day operations in a cGMP environment producing APIs and peptide-based products. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance with FDA/DEA regulations, troubleshoot equipment, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient production.
• Lead and train team members on processes and equipment.
• Manage shift schedules, documentation, and handovers.
• Operate and troubleshoot reactors, HPLC/UPLC, lyophilizers, and more.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (peptide experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SPPS reactors, filtration, and chromatography.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
