Your Role:

As a Survey CAD Technician, your primary focus will be preparing survey plans and deliverables under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor. The duties include:

• Deed Research : Perform deed research and plot record documents.
• Plat Preparation : Create detailed survey plat drawings with accuracy and precision.
• Drafting : Assist in drafting boundary, topographical, and ALTA plans.
• Communication and Collaboration : Communicate effectively and work closely with surveyors and multiple project managers to ensure project success.
• Ensure Quality : Uphold high standards of quality in all drafting tasks to meet project requirements

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience : Minimum of two years of experience in survey drafting, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Skills & Attributes : Proficiency in Carlson or AutoCAD software, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
