**Now Hiring: Travel Medical Assistant**
Location: Avon, CO
Schedule: 13 Weeks | Day shift, 10 hours, M-F
**_IMPORTANT: Must reside 70 or more miles from zip code 81620_**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ability to perform venipunctures, administer injections, and initiate intravenous therapy preferred
+ Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations
+ Performs both clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare professionals
+ Taking vital signs, recording medical history, assisting with exams and procedures, sterilizing equipment, and managing patient records
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have 1 of the following medical assistant license certifications: (CMA) by AAMA, (RMA) by AMT, NCMA by National center for Competency Training, CCMA by (NHA), MAC by AMCA, or Nationally registered certified medical assistant by NAHP.
+ Current AHA BLS is required
+ 2 years of experience with some PEDS experience
**Pay Breakdown:**
+ $720 per week (taxable)
+ $756 weekly per diem (non-taxable)
**Pay Details:** $1,476.00 per week
