We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Typist to join our team. This position is ideal for retired professionals who want flexible steady work from home without physical demands or a fast learning curve.

The role involves typing documents proofreading content and helping convert written scanned or audio materials into accurate digital files. Training is provided.

Tasks

• Type documents letters reports and forms with accuracy
• Follow formatting and document guidelines provided
• Proof and edit work for grammar spelling and clarity
• Update simple spreadsheets or logs as needed
• Convert notes recorded audio or scanned materials into typed files
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive documents
• Communicate with supervisors by email or messaging when needed

Requirements

• Must be based in and authorized to work in the US.
• Comfortable using a computer email and basic software
