What You’ll Do

• Pick & Pack Deliveries – Safely handle receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and supplies.
• Scan & Update – Use handheld scanners to log and manage inventory in real time.
• Operate Warehouse “Vehicles” – Learn to drive cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or overhead cranes (where available)
• Prime & Prep – Use pneumatic and power tools to build crates and apply rust-preventative coatings.
• Clean On-the-Go – Perform ongoing housekeeping to keep the workspace organized and safe.

• Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.

• Team Mentality: - Time Management: Reliable, on-time attendance record; Ability to efficiently reach productivity goals.

  • Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
  • Collaborative: Promote a culture of teamwork where we help each other to learn and meet shared goals.

• Thoroughness: The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math

• **Experience: **Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve months in previous employment

• **Agility: **Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
