What to expect day to day: Get Paid to Stay Fit & Be a Key Player in Our Warehouse Team!- As a Warehouse Order Picker, you can cancel that gym membership—this job keeps you moving! You’ll lift, stack, and hustle through up to 6,000 lbs. of product per hour, getting a full-body workout while earning a paycheck.
- Zip through the warehouse on electric pallet jacks, building and staging pallets like a total pro. You’ll pick and prep customer orders with speed and precision—your sharp attention to detail helps keep our business running strong.
- Safety always comes first. You’ll stay alert on the floor while lifting items up to 80 lbs., and you’ll perform daily equipment checks because cutting corners isn’t our style.
- You’ll work in cool conditions—including freezer temps as low as -25°F—but don’t sweat it (or freeze). We provide the gear to keep you comfortable and protected.
- Teamwork makes the dream work! You’ll stay connected with your crew, communicate clearly, share ideas, and help make our warehouse even better. Expect to stay active, hopping on and off an 8-inch step throughout your shift.
- You’ll also enjoy the security of a union-represented position with Teamsters Local 690, meaning support you can count on. And when extra help is needed? You’re ready to jump in—because that’s what great teammates do.

- Starting salary $23.71 per hour, with guaranteed multiple pay increases within your first year!!!!!!
- Step 2; 1040 Hours Worked - $26.34 per hour.
- Step 3; 2080 Hours Worked - $28.32 per hour.
- Step 4; 4160 Hours Worked - $30.30 per hour.
- Step 5; 6240 Hours Worked - $32.93 per hour.
- Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June!
- Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Insurance Benefits - URM pays 100% of the premium for the employee and for their dependents!!!
