Established Real Estate Law firm in Syosset, NY, seeks Attorney to expand our Wills, Trusts, and Estate Practice. Tremendous upside opportunity and Partner track.

Job Description

As a Wills, Trusts, and Estate Attorney, you will:

• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, advance directives, and estate plans.
• Provide guidance on asset protection, tax planning, and probate administration.
• Represent clients in probate court and related legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering compassionate, high-quality legal services.
• Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing).
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate law.
• Strong knowledge of New York estate planning laws and tax implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• A client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
