We're seeking dependable drivers to join a dedicated Final Mile account delivering auto parts. This is a night shift driving role with consistent freight, no layovers, and home time every day . Drivers are guaranteed a weekly minimum of $1,600 , with top earners making up to $1,700 per week.
Role : CDL A or B Truck Driver – Dedicated Final Mile
Hiring Area : Within 65 miles of La Crosse, WI
Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday; start times between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM
Routes : 26–29 stops per week, 1,900–2,100 miles on average
Freight : Auto parts deliveries using electric pallet jacks; some returns possible
Trucks : Late-model (2020+) straight trucks, 26' with lift gates
Home Time : Home every day – non-layover runs
Policy : No passengers or pets allowed
Mileage Pay : $0.45/mile to start, with yearly raises up to $0.53/mile
Hourly Rate : $16.75 for applicable work
Weekly Guarantee : $1,600 (full workweeks only)
Average Pay : $1,636 per week, with top drivers hitting $1,700
Annual Pay : Roughly $85,000+
Extra Pay : $24 per stop
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 ($500 after 1st paycheck + $500 at 60 days)
Referral Bonus : $3,000 total (paid in three installments: $1,000 at 2nd check, 60 days, and 120 days)
Minimum 12 months of recent straight truck experience
CDL A or B with Hazmat endorsement
Comfortable operating at night with unattended deliveries
Ability to work full weeks (required for pay guarantee)
Daily Home Time – predictable schedule with no overnight layovers
