We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter and manage data for our company. This is an easy, computer-based position that can be done from home. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to complete basic tasks with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into online systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
  

• Review information for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  

• Maintain organized electronic records and files.
  

• Verify and correct data when necessary.
  

• Assist with basic administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
  

• Communicate with supervisors or team members through email or chat tools.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Basic computer and typing skills (minimum 35–45 words per minute).
  

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs).
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Good written communication and time management skills.
  

• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
