Lewiston-Porter Central Schools seeks a dedicated and skilled Elementary School Counselor to support students, staff, and families by addressing behavioral, social-emotional, and crisisrelated needs within the school environment. Using datadriven, trauma-informed, and research-based practices, the Behavior Specialist provides direct intervention, consultation, and professional support to improve student outcomes and promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate. This position includes leadership of the Lancer Launch Lab, the district's structured intervention space for skill-building, regulation, and restorative support. Behavior Specialist certification and experience preferred. Probationary, 1.0 FTE position to begin as soon as practical.
